Search in the Server section
As an advantage of virtualization, additional resources can be subsequently allocated to the cloud server. Due to the different action menus and authorizations, the procedure for booked managed services differs slightly.

In the Managed Service
Click on the UPGRADE item in the action menu of the cloud server for which you want to increase resources (see "Action Menu").
The usual view of the resource overview opens, similar to the order. The resources can be adjusted by clicking on the parameters. The new total amount is displayed at the bottom of the screen.
Click on "To order" to execute the upgrade. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
To coordinate the restart, the support team will contact you to arrange an appointment. After that, the other resources will be available.
For unmanaged servers
On the ACTION menu, click CONTROL and then click ADJUST
The usual view of the resource overview opens, analogous to the order. The resources can be adjusted by clicking on the parameters. The new total amount is displayed at the bottom of the screen.
Click on "Go to order" to execute the upgrade. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
In order for the resources to be available, the server must be shut down and restarted (see "Control" in the action menu). A restart is not sufficient.
